About This Role
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the frontline support for restaurant partners using Restros daily. You’ll assist with order flow issues, POS sync questions, and guest-facing ordering concerns.
You will handle:
- Support tickets and troubleshooting
- POS and payment-related queries
- Quick resolution during busy service hours
This role fits someone calm, helpful, and customer-first under pressure.
Job Description
- Provide chat and email support to restaurant teams
- Resolve ordering, payment, and integration concerns
- Escalate technical issues to internal teams when needed
- Maintain accurate support documentation
- Ensure fast turnaround for operational issues
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in SaaS or customer support roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with restaurant workflows is a plus
- Ability to work in shifts if required
