Restros is a web-based restaurant operations management platform designed to help restaurants manage orders, menus, staff access, billing, reports, and related operational workflows. Restros is not a point-of-sale hardware provider and does not sell physical POS devices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Restros. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Restros is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account credentials.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Restros only for lawful business purposes related to restaurant operations. You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Disrupt or interfere with platform functionality
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

5. Restaurant Data & Content

You retain ownership of all restaurant data you upload, including menus, prices, orders, customer details, and operational information. By using Restros, you grant us a limited license to process and display this data solely for providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Payments & Third-Party Services

Restros may integrate with third-party payment gateways and service providers.

• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers
• Restros does not store sensitive payment details
• Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms
• Restros is not responsible for third-party service failures

7. Subscription & Fees

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees, maintain valid payment information, and allow automatic renewals unless canceled. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Restros may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend access for technical or security reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restros is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
