About This Role
As a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist, you will help new restaurant partners launch successfully on Restros. You’ll guide them through setup, training, and go-live support while ensuring every brand delivers a smooth ordering experience.
Key focus areas include:
- Menu setup and platform configuration
- Partner training and onboarding sessions
- Coordinating internal teams for smooth rollout
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, operations, and customer-facing problem solving.
Job Description
- Onboard restaurants onto the Restros ordering platform
- Support menu uploads, modifiers, pricing, and fulfillment settings
- Conduct training calls and launch walkthroughs
- Ensure restaurants go live smoothly with minimal friction
- Work with support and product teams to resolve onboarding challenges
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in restaurant onboarding, SaaS support, or hospitality operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with fast-paced restaurant teams
- Organized, detail-focused, and proactive mindset
